According to CoreLogic's home equity report, the average homeowner gained $64,000 in home equity over the past 12 months due to rising home prices. 

That much equity can be used and leveraged to purchase your next home. Then, when you sell, it could be some (if not all) of what you need for a down payment on your next home.

While questions are still swirling about the future of our economy, one thing is for sure, the Houston real estate market is still hot, and there is a little more inventory to choose from, which benefits both our buyers and sellers.
