Living The Heights Life

Location
 
Location is everything, and The Heights is located right in the middle of it all. Located just 4 miles northwest of Downtown Houston, The Heights was named for the fact that its elevation is 23 feet higher than the surrounding downtown area. It was originally founded in the late 1800s as a streetcar suburb of Houston – a planned community for Houstonians who didn’t want to live in the dense city.

It’s easy to forget that you’re still in the biggest city in Texas, because The Heights feels like a close-knit small town.
